Bartoo Hall, Tennessee Technological University, late 1930s, early 1940s. Bartoo Hall was originally a dormitory. The large covered portico is no longer in place today. The car parked in front of the building on the left is a late 1930s Chevrolet Master Deluxe Sedan, and the car on the right is a late 1930s Dodge Touring Sedan.
