The two in front from left to right are Mildred Mullins and Bethel Mullins.

In the back from left to right appears Sally Mullins, Hutson Mullins, Deliah Mullins, Robert MacMillan, Floy MacMillan, and Bruce MacMillan. The Mullins family lived in Alpine, Tennessee and the Hugh W. MacMillan family lived in Cincinnati, Ohio.
